Art classes designed from the heart.
The Little Heartists program teaches mindfulness art courses to kids ages 4-13! We teach Self Love through Art. Here at STUK Designs we are the pioneers of Self Love Art Education. We believe Self Love is a divine gift, and through the practice of creativity children learn to express themselves more authentically.
What is the LH program?
The Little Heartists program helps kids affected by anxiety, stress, trauma, social media addiction and depression find new ways to share their feelings and experiences by incorporating meditation and intention setting into each lesson. By combining mindfulness with artistic playful, we nurture the inner artist of each and every child. Our courses and lesson plans provides kids with the tools they need to love themselves authentically. We also sell or donate custom art kits that pair with printable PDF lessons.
LH Goals
To introduce the practices of mindfulness and self love to children in underserved communities globally.
To donate branded art kits to children with little to no art resources.
To provide art supplies and art classes to children in need globally.

WHy does this program matter?
We believe that girls of color deserve more access to the world of arts. Systematic racism has excluded girls and women of color for years and enough is ENOUGH! We are the pioneers of Self Love Art Education and we are bringing this new area of study to girls from underserved communities. Evidence-based research correlates confidence with artistic expression, but has yet to explore the correlation between artistic expression and Self Love. Self-confidence is temporary when Self Love is not a priority. We believe this area of study is needed to prove that Self Love in childhood fosters positive outcomes in adulthood.
What is a Little Heartists Art Kit?
Each LH Art Kit includes:
Welcome Letter to child(ren) + parent(s)
Assorted coloring tools** (crayons, colored pencials, markers)
Assorted craft supplies** (glue, glitter, craft colored pom-poms, googlie eyes, colorful pipe cleaners, scissors, etc.)
Assorted paint supplies** (paintbrushes, paint sets with tempera, watercolor or acrylic paint)
Pencil, sharpener , eraser
Sketchbook
